Apologies

For not posting anything last week, and not doing a regular post this week. We’ve been in Bangalore. Going on daily walks to the small chip shop right by my parents’ house, watching the guy slice potatoes, four or five at a time, amazingly quickly, on an ancient mandolin, no protection whatsoever for his hands. The kids love the simple salted chips, and the adults love the spicy chips. The blend of spices the guy uses - something I’d love to get my hands on!
