Jonathan and I both loved this recipe!! We had to substitute several things (heresy?? 😬😂😂) BUT, it ended up tasted amazing, so I can imagine how incredible the result of following the exact recipe would be. I love this Chandrika. So happy to see you are doing this! I'm on day 3 of a 5 day fast, however, so I had to skim past the photos of food pretty quickly. A picnic business *is* kinda brilliant. Just sayin...

Sometimes I still make your lime rice! Also, a coconut rice you taught us. :-)

In unrelated news, I have found a perfume that's the closest I've ever gotten to petrichor: Solstice Scents' During the Rain perfume oil. I do wear it every day, and I recommend it highly.
